💰 Refund & Return Policy – Laptop Store Maxcarto

At Laptop Store Maxcarto, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We aim to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our Refund and Return Policy below.


📦 1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.

💡 Note: Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling are not eligible for refund or exchange.


🔄 2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Software or digital downloads

  • Open-box items and clearance sales

  • Products with removed serial numbers or tampered warranty seals

  • Accessories such as chargers, cables, or batteries once opened


🧾 3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement:

    • Your order number

    • Product details

    • Reason for return (attach images or videos if applicable)

  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

  3. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping address and further instructions.


💳 4. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


🚚 5. Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or wrong product, we’ll gladly replace it at no extra cost.
Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.


⚠️ 6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, except in cases of faulty or incorrect products.

  • Please use a trackable courier service and keep your shipping receipt as proof.

If you collected your laptop directly from our physical store in Singapore, please bring the product, receipt, and packaging to our customer service desk for assistance.

All changes will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.”
